Certainly she wasn't that rude person! These are times when all businesses are understaffed and overwhelmed with rude and entitled people. Lets all hope for a more gentle and kinder 2022 season, cause the people coming this year are less than the cream of the crop. And Charlotte, if you are the person who was in there when I was, and made such a negative impression on everyone, you got your money back on a non-refundable item, so shame on you for trashing a local business.”

It was all made fresh, and with attention to the smallest details. The tobacco flavors were mixed and chopped in front of us. Provided us with all the equipment necessary, ie. cup with sufficient amount of water, hose, tip, tongs, and charcoal which i found to be convenient, no need to make extra purchases.
