Second time it happened to 2 bottles in the same evening. I returned to the store and ownership replaced the bottles but very inconvenient to have multiple bottles have issues and had to drive back to exchange them. I have to question the humidity levels in the store for these corks to be cracking.”

“People at this place are so nice and they care about their customers, I have an outdoor Fishpond with Koi fish and it would always get algae in it and I tried everything, I finally sent them an email and they got back to me right away, and they told me what to get, and I use their Insta fix, and it worked wonders, Now, my water is green from the humidity and being so hot and all the rain and I am in the middle of purchasing something else from them to clear it up, but once it is clear, it’s absolutely beautiful and it’s all thanks to them. If anybody out there has an outdoor Fishpond, I definitely recommend this company, their product actually works and I am so happy that it does because I will be a lifelong customer as long as I have my Fishpond.”
