“Showed up on a Saturday late afternoon & thought they might be closed but the mechanic told me to bring my car around. They put it up on the lift & quickly diagnosed that the dual flex pipes that appeared rusted/cracked were the source of my exhaust issues [including leaking into the main cabin - very dangerous]. I asked if I needed to order parts & come back. No, he said he could fix at the moment in 30 minutes or so. “I went to this store to pick up the items I purchased online. At the store I was greeted by the associates letting me know all the sales and where to find certain items. I picked up a few things to purchase. I went to the cashier to pay, the next available cashier I went and said to her I have a pick up an online order, quickly she responded with a heavy accent “not here you have to go over there” and screamed “next”? RUDE I said to her “I have things to purchase” I put all my items on top the counter including a white tote bag. She asked if I needed a bag. I said no I will put it in this, showing her the tote bag. After she rang everything up, I took my items and put them in the bag. She then said, “you pay for the bag”? Um there are two people, you and I and between the two of us one of us is the cashier and it’s not me. I said no, I thought you rang this up. She said no then took it and rang it up. I’m not sure why SHE was in a rush, but the store was not crowded SHE was in a hurry for whatever reason. Other than that, everything else was fine, the store had all the items I wanted and other associates were very helpful and friendly and took time to help me find what I needed.”

“My wife and I were hesitant to buy bathroom vanities from New Bathroom Style because of the negative reviews. We even called and spoke with the manager Sergio about our concerns. After talking to him, we decided to give them a try and hope for the best, and we are so glad we did. The cabinets we ordered showed up on the day they said they would be delivered. Our contractor installed the bathroom vanities, and the vanities look great. We plan to do the bathroom for our daughter next and will order from New Bathroom Style.”
