“I'm taking away one star for the way the head pharmacist snapped at me yesterday. I noticed the head pharmacist talking to a customer. I thought that was odd as I've never seen her do that before. When it was my turn, I talked to a tech to get my insulin. He started asking .questions I never heard before. Then he called the head pharmacist who came up to She started Asking If I have ever used insulin before told her that was an odd question And she snapped at me saying ' "I,m just asking you a question!" I toldher I've used it for 25 years and she snapped again" I'm just doing my job!" They're usually really great there but something must be going on where Kroger has told them to ask all these questions and she's being pulled away from her job all day.”

I drive all the way out there to pick it up - actually after calling in on Monday to verify that I can pick it up on Tuesday ("Yes, no problem....") and then they have sold out. "Sorry, we over-sold".... Pretty lame - and pretty easy math to take the number you have and subtract each order from that and then stop selling after the "in stock" number is down to zero. No real excuse, no attempt (or even intent...) to make up for me driving around, wasting time and gas... O.K. Shi. happens and besides that, they have a good selection, normally fair prices, great staff that is very friendly and helpful!”

Monroe Family Pet Hospital gave me the option to be an add on the same day I called if I was willing to wait in my car for when they could work me in. They told me I may need to wait for awhile, but were very willing to make it happen if I could be flexible. From Monday through Friday during the course of his treatment and surgery, every aspect of their service was professional, caring and consistent. Dr. Reed was the main doctor that followed his care.
