We unexpectedly needed to update our back splash. We met with Logan and she was super helpful with finding us the color samples we were looking for. When we were ready to order, Logan & Hannah were amazing! They both took time with us: they helped us making the final selections and purchase. Simply Amazing! From the staff to the styles. Had an awesome opportunity to go over some designs and details with Ms. Hannah. Such a beautiful and bubbly individual. Anything I asked, she did the best of her ability to answer. Anything she could not answer, her motivation and dedication fueled her to find all answers she could. All while maintaining her composer during a busy time of day. The teamwork here was great. Great management. Phenomenal customer service. Definitely will be using FloridaTile for future designs for my new home.
