Kroger Pharmacy

I'm taking away one star for the way the head pharmacist snapped at me yesterday. I noticed the head pharmacist talking to a customer. I thought that was odd as I've never seen her do that before. When it was my turn, I talked to a tech to get my insulin. He started asking .questions I never heard before. Then he called the head pharmacist who came up to She started Asking If I have ever used insulin before told her that was an odd question And she snapped at me saying '
"I,m just asking you a question!" I toldher I've used it for 25 years and she snapped again" I'm just doing my job!" They're usually really great there but something must be going on where Kroger has told them to ask all these questions and she's being pulled away from her job all day.

Brad and his team are always very helpful and go out it their way to make sure you are confident in dosage and intervals. You don’t find the level of care often these days.

Wow, what a difference a switch can make!
We just started using this pharmacy, and they've been nothing but AMAZING!
Every time I've called, or visit they are helpful, kind, caring, pleasant and efficient.
I am so appreciative of the staff here.
