“We've come to expect cleanliness, friendly service, and good locations from Jellystone Parks. This park checks those boxes. You will hear the interstate noise day and night but it's not unbearable in a self contained unit. Can't imagine it though in a tent or fold down! There isn't much grass for walking the woofers so be prepared to walk a bit if you have a picky pooch. The sites are close together, but this type of campground is more about a destination and not so much about quiet and relaxing in solitude. The camp store is well stocked with simple items you may forget or suddenly need. The pool looked clean and refreshing. Staff was friendly and a pleasure to chat with. You can get the large campers into the full hookup sites pretty easy. I'm sure it's very busy during prime tourist season. The sunsets are great from the store area looking over the forest valley below! It's a 30 minute drive into downtown St Louis to the arch.”

“Lobby was clean and inviting. Check In was after 10 pm. Staff was friendly. Elevator could use some attention. I remember whatever was on the wall was torn. There wasn't an ice machine on the floor I was on. I had to come downstairs for ice. Breakfast was laughable. Same breakfast you find at the dirt cheap hotels. The breakfast area is VERY Nice and stayed clean. Despite so, I paid for a decent breakfast elsewhere. Room was clean and of moderate size. AC worked well. I felt safe. I honestly would stay there again as long as the rate is acceptable. Parking lot was somewhat annoying because some of the guests took up 2 parking spaces. The street that you turn on wasn't that noticeable to me in the dark. I bypassed the street twice. There are two more hotels in the same area. I am unsure whether other guests had the same problem. IMO, This is a true 3 star hotel. There are NOT any amenities that I noticed. So, it's rated high by me based on other 3 star hotel. It would have been nice if the grass where I parked was cut back more. Despite so, the rabbit enjoyed it. I stayed 2 days.”

We stayed longer than we expected due to Covid and a competitive housing market, and they were able to accommodate us for that extra time we needed to close on our home. It had everything I needed for an extended stay for work but so do other “extended stay” hotels- however- I seriously doubt any of them could beat the fantastic service and amazing people who work here. I was fortunate to stay here 2x recently and both times were great. The beds are actually comfortable and they give you plenty of fluffy pillows!!! The climate control actually works and the water pressure is great! There is not one bad thing that I can say about this Sonesta. I will give a shout out to management because you have compiled one hell of a team working there! Everyone who I encountered that works there had amazing attitudes and were just very hospitable!!! Every single entree item that I have had on their menu has been pretty BOMB! Just Bursting with Flavors so I assume that they don't skimp out on ingredients as many Thai Restaurants do in America. Thai Food loses its Authentic Flavor when Thai Restaurants don't use every ingredient required in Thai Cooking. Today, I went with a Kra-Pow Chicken with Eggs over Rice and a Thai Tea, TO GO. (Pork is usually always the best choice of meat for this dish at any Thai Restaurant but, I stopped eating Pork recently) MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK HERE!!!!! This Place is clean, spacious, with plenty of natural light here, lots of Parking out back. Decent Restrooms. I believe on weekends, they have someone outside on the sidewalk dancing in a giant Transformer costume with bright lights. It definitely gets attention from passing traffic, lol. They have a quirky technique of calling people back right away if they don't answer the phone, when calling-in an order for Pick Up. ENJOY!!! 🙏”

We had a kitchen which included a full size refrigerator sink, counter top with a stove top in the middle and a little breakfast bar for 2 with 2 stools on the other side for seating. We also had planet of cabinet space and a full size microwave over the stove. Everything was very clean and I really mean that. I didn't have to do any cleaning like you usually have to do with other hotels and motels. This place was extremely clean from top to bottom! It definitely made for a more pleasant evening, not having to clean our room right when we first got there. We had a very enjoyable stay and definitely will come back and tell our friends.”

“I have stayed at other extended stays and so I was a little nervous to book here. you never know what you are going to get. The reviews and price were the only reason I decided to give it a try. It was a great! We didn't need anything fancy because we were literally only going to be there to sleep. We stayed two nights. Easy and very friendly check in from Randy I think his name was. We had two rooms. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was grab and go but we already knew that! So no big deal! Coffee was great! Overall we would stay again!”
