They were able to help me with my wheel with patching and plugging a tire that is a 20 inch rim reverse mount. When I had gone to six other businesses, and they all turned me down wouldn’t touch. It didn’t want the liability of touching my rim. And Andy Wurm was able to get me in to fix my tire and I felt very confident the entire time so they now have a new customer. “Many establishments are short staffed and booked out for at least two weeks plus. I had a mechanical issue that had me very worried as we are currently a one vehicle family. I drove to Sonny’s with the hopes of setting an appointment. The staff was amazing to say the least. Before I knew it, my car was on a lift for a diagnosis. Not just one, but two test drives later with me along for the ride, I was shown exactly what needed to be repaired. In addition, I learned of a recent previous repair that was done incorrectly at a different business. Service work was done with zero pressure. I was shown what needed to be repaired. It was a very clear and honest diagnosis. I now have a plan, and a dollar amount for repairs that will need to be addressed down the road. Great people! Great business!”
