“I never write Google reviews, but my experience with Against Gravity has been so wonderful that I couldn't help but do so. I started training here at my mom's recommendation; she signed me up for training in an effort to help me recover from an eating disorder and heal my relationship with my body. Coming in, I was starving, very low-energy, and terribly unconfident in the gym. Ryan and Tommy both knew this, and they worked with me to develop a strength training routine and a nutrition plan over the course of a summer. They were extremely supportive on both my good and bad days, and they work hard to provide a positive experience tailored to the individual goals of each client. I've since fallen in love with lifting, and my mindset is as healthy and strong as ever. Of course, I've put in a lot of mental and physical work myself, but my experience at Against Gravity was so overwhelmingly positive and encouraging; I couldn't have turned my mindset around without them. If you’re struggling with your confidence, looking to better yourself, or want to develop your physical and mental discipline, I implore you to pay Against Gravity a visit. “Meyer's Gymnastics has great equipment, lots of room and Ken Meyer is a great coach. It is the best option in the region. There are many good gyms in this area but, Meyer's offers students superior training and personal attention. It is true that Ken is a great guy and works very well with beginning students. Nonetheless, I have also seen him prepare advanced gymnasts to win at regional competitions. Ken's students may have had more successes over the years but, I'm only referring to what I saw.”

“My son has been working out with Coach Green from the Grind Hard Foundation for several months and he absolutely loves it. He didn’t get to participate in any year last year due to COVID and Coach Green has been a great transition back into the sports world. My son currently participates in a group workout but he is never treated as such. Coach Green makes sense to take the time out with each boy to work with them on correct technique and form. Last week, the group started lifting weights and Coach Green made sure that each individual knew actually what to do and how to do it. I would definitely recommend all parent with a youth player (no matter the sport) to take their athlete to Coach Green for sports performance.”

They know that a couple of years back, COVID hit St. Louis and while the management might not be as professional as it should, does not mean people can stoop to their level. The basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool and variety of aerobics, spinning classes make it real fun place to be. Even when I suffered an injury Christine taylor made several workouts for me. She even worked with my physical therapist so she would know which movements I should avoid. Brad and his team will meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to go! Prior to S3, I always tried to workout at home, but I struggled to consistently get up and get the workouts done. At S3, all I have to do is show up and do my best.
