“My 1st time at Draft Picks in Mount Prospect and I wanted to try something new and different before the big day of my kidney donation surgery. The lovely waitress recommended the grilled cheese burger…which is. A burger in-between two grilled cheese 🧀 sandwiches with grilled onions!!! I cut the burger in 1/2 so you can see it on the picture. 🙃 Absolutely delicious 🤤 I couldn’t finish the whole thing and was able to save the other half. The Buffalo Crispy Chicken sandwich was lightly breaded tossed in buffalo sauce, pepper jack cheese, lettuce and tomato 🍅. The sauce was scrumptious and the chicken was soft and crispy. The burgers did not fall apart and we were able to enjoy our meal with the family. The fries 🍟 were hot crispy and pickles were a great garnish to our burgers. Great atmosphere. They have huge televisions where you can easily look up and watch the game. Go cubbies! Plenty of seating area where you can book and have huge gatherings. There’s also an exclusive poker and gambling 🎰 machines. So many drinks 🍺 that you can sit on the bar area and chill. The one major and unsafe flaw was their front door entrance where the cement is cracked, uneven and needs to be redone. If your having a good time inside, you can trip and hurt yourself by falling onto the concrete floor. Please get this done in order to prevent future accidents. ☹️ Other than that they served great food, waitress was super kind, where good people can enjoy their meals whatever the occasion.”

“It's a small, unassuming spot. You place your order at the counter, and they bring your food to your table. The young lady at the counter was very nice, courteous, and patient. She made our cafe con leches perfect. The foam on top was beautiful. It was so good I drank the whole thing (and I'm lactose intolerant). 😆 They don't have dairy substitutes, so I was glad I had some lactaid pills. Lol. We had the pastries with the Guayaba y queso. That has to be the most delicious pastry I've had in a long time. Flaky, light, and buttery with the perfect amount of Guayaba and cheese. Omg don't miss these pastries. We were there early in the morning, so not everything on the menu was available, but what we had was so good. Their Cuban sandwich is amazing, from that bread that my husband swears is genuine "...just like in Cuba." to the roasted pork, ham, and delicious mustard and pickles. He is Cuban, and he loved it! I have to say that bread does elevate that sandwich to the next level. The steak sandwich is good too, but I think the star is the Cuban sandwich. Their croquettas were crispy and well seasoned. We will come back and try everything. I've read reviews calling this place a gem, and it truly is. Great Cuban food and great service.”

“I was just in town for the weekend and had an amazing time at HB on Friday and Saturday night. Everyone there was super friendly and professional. But the biggest reason I would go back is this one certain person. Her name was Billie and she was someone you always hope you'll meet. She had this way about her that made you feel like you were the only person in the room. She was a true professional and one of the most genuine people I've ever met. If I'm ever back in town I'll definitely stop by again just to see her:)”

“This is our family’s new favorite place for fresh, authentic, and the best value sushi and Japanese food in the NW suburbs. My wife is Japanese so she is super picky about Japanese food however even she likes it. For Valentine’s Day we got a massive sushi mixed platter for four and an order of really tasty Japanese style fried chicken. We don’t like cream cheese style sushi so they substituted all those with avocado and cucumber at no extra charge. The total was only $64 and it was so much we eat it for two meals. What a great deal for sushi! This place is very well known and liked in the large Japanese local Japanese community. It is easy to miss tucked away in the corner of the mall that has Goodwill by Lowell’s. There is no large sign on the building, only in the window (see pictures) We will be back to try the Poke soon!”

“This is a pretty good spot for Mexican cuisine. The decor is bright and colorful, definitely a good atmosphere. As most Mexican restaurants chips and salsa are complimentary and are good. My wife had steak tacos that were very good and I had a ground beef and shredded beef chimichanga. Both meals came with rice and beans. The rice was a little bland but everything else was very good. The 28 oz margarita was delicious. The only issue I had is that my margarita was $18 and cost more than my meal which I thought was a little crazy (I guess I’ll pay more attention to the cocktail prices before ordering next time). Overall the quality of the food was great and the service was friendly and fast. No complaints.”

“Decent food! We had wings and nachos for appetizers, they had real cheese melted, not like the nachos cheese. I really don't like that type of cheese because it doesn't seem to run into the stack of chips, but whatever its nachos. Wings were pretty good, the peach bbq they had was interesting. The burgers looked to be the star of the show. The fries were very good, crispy and tasty. I had the fish tacos, they weren't too impressive. Someone also tried the chili and they said it was pretty dang good. Overall a pretty good place, nothing spectacular though. Thanks guys.”

“I went the other day for the guys at work. I called it in about 15 minutes before I got there. I had 7 orders that day. It wasn't ready when I got here but they said 5 minutes and the girl on the phone said 20 minutes anyway. They had everything ready right on time. The waitress asked if I needed all the works forks butter sat and pepper. The food was one of the best breakfast places in the northern suburbs. The Ham is off the bone and really good. “Really good pizza here. We've had the thin crust and double dough. The other night we got a 16" pan pizza with sausage and garlic. The garlic was real... And you could taste it much more than on most pizzas, which is obviously good. The biggest thing though was the weight of this thing. My husband remarked "holy s*** this thing's gotta weigh 25 pounds!" He was exaggerating, but it was definitely very heavy. A lot of product for the price. I recommend any pizza from here.”

“This Wendy's is a great place to stop by and get a burger. They have great friendly service. Employees are always nice and makes sure everything is right and if it’s not they fix it for you. The common area is always clean and presentable. It’s a nice environment to be, definitely a comfy and cosy place.
