Although, I somewhat agree with many comments about rude and worthless employees based on my previous experience, I must commit that my most recent experience was different. Ms. Osman helped me with my case and she exactly knew what needed to be done. She completed whatever needed to be resolve the issue and asked me to expect a call from her supervisor same day or next. I did not receive the call but I checked online and the matter was resolved in next week after my visit. Her supervisor also did his/her part but may not have gotten chance to call me. Ms. Osman was very polite, respectful and helpful. Those are the type of people who makes your day when you are expecting the worst.”

“I just love Dr Knight. I had foot problems after a bunion surgery with a different Dr. Dr Knight thoroughly explains and points out things on X-rays or CT scans so you understand what’s going on. She just did my surgery on my foot that already had the bunion surgery 15 months ago to fix the problems that had arisen 3 months after my bunion surgery. She’s a wonderful, caring Dr.”

“I love this therapy place so much. My Therapist was the best, very much had a lot of trust in her I always looked forward to therapy. The reception people are so nice I always got candy from them, and one day I did get to pick out some skincare they were giving away for the holidays. I sometimes didn’t go which was the reason I got dropped since of course there were other people waiting to be attended. Kenneth Young Center was definitely a 10/10 service they’re super kind. I am hoping to get back with Kenneth Young Center since my parents do think I need therapy again but I would go back in a heartbeat I’m forever grateful for the staff. And my therapist she’s the sweetest and gave me beautiful advice.”
