“after taking delivery of a brand new Super73 e-bike the day before, I discovered a leak in the hydraulic brake system. after a few calls to bike shops in Vacaville with no availability until the following week, I expanded my search to Dixon. I called Fisk's and he told me to bring it in and he could get it back to me by the following day at 3pm. I delivered my bike to him about 30 minutes later and told him how anxious I was to get it back. he said "be here tomorrow at 3 and it'll be ready for you." well less than 4hrs later he called and told me it was ready and the repairs were made. amazing customer service, convenient location, and a super cool owner (that sounds like a computer when he answers the phone). I'll absolutely be back and recommending him to everyone I can.”

“Bought a bike through Specialized and had it shipped to TrailWerks for assembly. When I took the bike out it had the Fox36 fork grease block issue. The staff (Mike and team) was able to fit my new bike into the shop and get me back on the trails days later. This was in the near the summer peak rush. Other shops would've had me wait weeks to even look at it. I'm now riding just over 30 miles a week (two rides a week) and I would ride more if I could. The bike has needed nothing since then.”

“Visited this store few times and was impressed with the selection of bikes, accessories and clothing they have. Unfortunately I did buy my bike from a different dealer and had many issues that resulted in not using my new bike very much in the first year. When I finally got my bike back Freewheel went through it to make sure everything was good to go, they did find some issues and loose bolts. With problems I had with my new bike I was also talking to a Trek representative which also were very good to deal with. Just glad I had 2 other bikes to ride last summer while waiting for this one to be repaired correctly. (Not a problem from Freewheel) Don't forget to join their (Fanatics) program and save some $$$$$”

“I recently moved to the area and looked forward to mountain biking on Ft. Clinch's trails. Unfortunately, the front suspension fork of my beloved 25 year old Klein hardtail gave up the ghost. Joel and Noah found a suitable replacement, ordered, and installed it in about a week. Amazingly, it works better than the original! My old bike now rides like a champ. Sadly, I ran over a sand spur a few weeks later and punctured an inner-tube. I brought the bike in over a lunch hour and Ron dropped his sandwich to replace the damaged tube on the spot.
