“Just moved to this area from the Stow area a few years ago and went to the shop last weekend and I loved their sign. They have a point, I just needed some pedals but if you are a cyclist some of the time or all of the time, you should give this shop a try. You need a place where you can get repairs, where you can talk to the community and get service. Sure, are they going to sell something for pennies on the dollar like online, no but you are paying for their experience, expertise, customer service and standing behind their product. I am considering an Electric assist-bike for myself and my wife and I can tell you when we do buy one, this is where we will buy one, not Amazon. As their sign says, Amazon can't/won't fix your bike.”

“Went here looking for a very specific pair of shoes. Walked in, showed the guy a pic of the label with no pic of the shoe and asked if he could find it by the model number. He walked RIGHT TO IT! “It's sometimes hard to catch this shop when it's open BUT, it's worth waiting! I've purchased 2 bikes from this shop and both have been perfect transactions! The first bike was for myself and I saved well over $200 compared to the shops in Kettering. The next was a smaller/cheaper bike for my young son. He didn't have it on location but, offered to bring it in from his local warehouse the following day so I could see it. EXACTLY what I was looking for...and better price, for a better bike, than Walmart. After we got it home, we noticed the rear tire would slowly go down over a day or 2. Took it back up and asked if he could replace the tube. A few minutes later, it was fixed and he wouldn't allow me to pay for the repair. FINALLY...a business that still cares about the customer! In short, do yourself a favor and wait to catch this shop when it's open! If you don't see what you are looking for, just ask! The owner will definitely do everything he can to try and help you out.”

“I do not have enough awesome things to say about this place. John and his wife are amazing and helpful. I bought my fat boy bike originally over 5 years ago at $750, here it is 2022 and you can still get the same style bike here and not at an over inflated price it is still $750! I would pay that price again from here. No question. Prices are reasonable only just recently had to take in my bike for a repair on my tire and a tune-up. 100% pleased with every interaction here. If you happen to go here using Google's gps, they say they are on the wrong side of the street so whatever Google says look on the opposite side. Look for tall flags that say bicycle can't miss it LOL.”
