Our well pump died on Easter weekend, and we had no idea who to call, since most places were closed for the holiday. Thankfully, we were able to connect to someone right away when we called the Prairie Plumbing and Heating emergency line, where someone walked us through what to expect. They dispatched a technician that morning, and he was timely, extremely prepared and knowledgeable - able to answer all of our questions and identify the problem quickly. He had the pump replaced in hours, saving our Easter gathering. Everyone was great to work with and the price was very reasonable, even considering the holiday weekend.”

“I had a great experience with Kaiser Ford in Saul City. I originally visited in February of 2022 and placed a hold on an incoming vehicle. I worked with Mike, who kept me updated throughout the process, and when the vehicle came in he let me know and scheduled an appointment for me to come in at a time that was convenient for me. “The hospital suggested we go to Maplewood Nursing Home after my husbands knee surgery. We were impressed with the care he received. The two weeks he was there, he received 38 hours of rehabilitation. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped him get where he wanted to be. He was strong enough to go home and do for himself. Overall,everything was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and encouraging. We would recommend Maplewoods physical therapy to anyone who is need of physical therapy.”

They usually always have what you need. With gas prices the way they are, it is a blessing to have a good hardware store close to home.
