Thankfully, we were able to connect to someone right away when we called the Prairie Plumbing and Heating emergency line, where someone walked us through what to expect. They dispatched a technician that morning, and he was timely, extremely prepared and knowledgeable - able to answer all of our questions and identify the problem quickly. He had the pump replaced in hours, saving our Easter gathering. Everyone was great to work with and the price was very reasonable, even considering the holiday weekend.”
