“3 years ago I purchased a 2004 Honda 1300 VTX with twin trumpet air horns made by Rivco. This year the horns suddenly stopped working and my local shop was having trouble figuring out the problem. I emailed Rivco and Erica Downey from Rivco got back to me right away with helpful suggestions on how to fix the problem which worked and the horns are now back running perfectly. These horns have worked flawlessly since I owned the bike apart from this recent problem which was connected to an air compressor that had failed, and horns that needed to be cleaned. I should also point out that when I contacted Rivco I mentioned the possibility of purchasing replacement parts from them for the Horn and Ms. Downey's response was as noted above. The point is that they didn't try and make a sale, but rather told me how to fix the problem, which resulted in no monetary benefit to them. This shows that this is an honourable and trustworthy business. Great service and I am giving them top marks.”

“Always greeted with a friendly smile. They help you in what ever way they can, from food pantry, Holiday food baskets, Christmas/Yule ( what ever it is you celebrate) gifts, for anyone with a minor child in the home (but you'll have to sign up for basically everything they help you with). They will provide so many item's of clothing for each family member registered on your account free ,I believed once a year or maybe every 6 MO. They help me when I need it which isn't too often, and I return the favour by donating back to the food pantries, Furniture and Kids Store. Awesome place if you're in need for whatever reason. I always give back when I get bk on my feet.”

“My furnace decided to go out when it hit record lows. My house was so cold, I was concerned about my pipes freezing. Within an hour of contacting Faust, they had someone (Jake I believe) come out to assess the problem. Once they realized the seriousness of the situation, Lori came out in the cold to do an estimate and she was also able to sign me up for a loan since I was unable to pay for the service in full at the time. Within an hour of that, Roman and William were here putting in my new furnace. I felt so bad that they had to come out in the freezing cold. It was so dangerous to be outside, even just for a few moments, but they were so kind and polite and not once made me feel like I was a bother. They did an amazing job, an within hours my house was warm again. Me and my pets can't thank them all enough. Faust has got a new faithful customer.”
