“We had the best experience at Frank Boucher of Racine! Screaming thank the powers that be we got Ruby Munoz as our sales rep! I walked in to the dealership and while waiting in a long line at the front desk, she politely asked if I needed help from her desk. It was a very stressful time in our family's life as my son and I had just got into a crash a few days prior. I told her I was looking for something used with certain qualities and she immediately went to find what would suit my needs best. She came up with a few options, let me test drive them then understood I needed to go over them with my wife. Some places you get silence when you ask for a receipt or something, like they regret you buying gas from them. Not these folks. Come in and see what I mean. **Special note:. You can get your car emissions tested here. Line up at the sign on the east side of the building. They test you in one of the ordinary bays. You will have to back out of the bay when finished... it's not like the old place off of Mt Pleasant when you drove through.”

“5 stars. E & J is originally from Kenosha as I understand, providing incredible service, selection, and filling the extremely large void for QUALITY used car options in the heart of Racine. Make no mistake, these are used cars and as such, you may need to spend a bit after the purchase to shore up for the long term. As with most all vehicles they will last as long as you treat them well. Mine was no different, I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trax. Shortly thereafter, I had a couple worn hoses replaced, fluid replacements, tire changes, and within the next 10,000 miles some front end maintenance. All this for a 95000~ mile car at about 11k$ and I have to say I am completely satisfied. The owners were nothing but friendly and informative from the moment we shook hands. I am not well versed in car purchasing procedure but I will hands down say of all experiences I’ve had, this was the best without a doubt. Never once did I feel pressured, never once did I feel deceived. If you visit here with reasonable expectations they will be more than exceeded. Great Cars, Great People.”

“Such a positive experience! We remodeled our Kitchen and half-bath. Steve removed all the existing fixtures, relocated piping from old walls that were being removed into new walls, extended gas piping for the new range location, then installed and hooked up new sinks, toilet, faucets, dishwasher, range, and water to fridge. Steve was extremely personable, helpful, and always there when he was needed so that other trades could do their work and the project could stay on track. Everything Steve did seemed to be done as if he was doing it for his own house.”
