Pristine and beautiful grounds, restrooms cleaner and nicer than some hotels we've stayed at. Wish we were able to stay longer. We'd definitely like to stay for a few days next time to chill in the wonderful treed ambience!”

“Great place for amazing pictures of the Falls. It has different areas of observation and good parking. As it is far from a bigger city Ride-Share apps are hard to get, same as public transport. Amazing during the summer and during sunset hours. Good place to come if you have extra time in the Seattle Area.”

“We had a wonderful time! The property was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed a couple of kid free nights, cooking food on the bbq and hanging out in the hot tub. Wine glasses were provided 😅 along with all the other necessities. They even had warm bath robes for lounging after the hot tub and shower! The owners were also very nice. Kept to themselves while we enjoyed our stay, but were more than willing to help with anything we may have needed. Would definitely visit again!”

“5 star and beyond. Great management and property. I will renew my lease until I can buy a house. This place has a nice environment and atmosphere full of joy. People use to say it was bad but over time things change and things won’t ever be like that, the population around sound vista mobile home properties has gotten 10x bigger & better and the best thing about it is that the on-site management is there to help you with any of your needs and she is the best property manger I’ve ever met 25 years of my life ! 10x Stars this place Rocks 😄😃”

“I stayed for 2 weeks while we searched for housing, though I wish they permitted monthly stays so I could have had more time to search. Any way, the bus straight to Seattle picks up and drops off out front. Nice tv with cable. One block from shopping and fast food and directly across from a popular trail to walk and bike. No Wi-Fi that I was aware of. Mini fridge and microwave. Quiet and comfy. Would stay again.”

“We are nearing the third anniversary of my father moving into High Valley and it seems about time to write a review. As a geriatric nurse I am super picky about the care my loved ones receive and in the time my father has been cared for by the Hasmasans I have never once had cause for concern. My husband, my brothers and I visit regularly. The food is fresh and nutritious he is always clean and well kept. My father's dementia was challenging to work with at first and Ioan and Dokia were nothing but patient...I think more than I could have been. Over the first few months as he settled in they worked hard to build his trust and provided professional, kind and respectful care (even when he wasn't exactly kind in return). We were deeply touched by their kindness and patience. The disease that has taken my dad is horrible and unforgiving. The best gift I can give him now is excellent, compassionate care and that is what he receives daily at High Valley. For this we are very grateful.”
