    Updated review:
During our most recent stay, there was an inconvenience that was out of the lodge's control. They handled the experience exceptionally well and were quick to offer apologies. I got a personal phone call from Andre the same day. Customer service is truly fantastic at the lodge. 4* only because our spa concerns were never actually resolved and we did end up needing to book at another location for the reasons stated below, but everything else was fantastic.

First and foremost, we really enjoy our visits to the Salish Lodge. It really is a nice getaway with great service and we have NEVER had a bad experience.

With that said, I was upset to find out that the spa services we booked have an automatic 20% service charge. As the website states "There will be a 20% taxable service charge on all spa services. 100% of the service charge will be distributed to service personnel." I was told this was a gratuity charge to be given to our service providers because they are spa personnel (which would be fine because we usually tip 20%+), then later, I was told by the spa that gratuity is not included and this fee goes to the room changes and other spa staff. If you are to tip your service provider the standard 20%+, you are looking at a 40%+ charge ON TOP of your spa services.

I would have felt awful tipping $0 at the end of our service not realizing that the 20% was not actually going to our service providers. I do not understand why the service charge fees do not fall under the cost of the service you are already paying for and how it falls onto the spa guests to cover. We ultimately decided to cancel our spa services because of this. I would hope for the sake of the spa service providers, the wording be updated to make it clear and actually state that this charge is not gratuity towards services and that your spa providers are not benefiting from it. I can not imagine how many people have left a $0 tip thinking they already paid it.

Had an amazing brunch on a Saturday ! We tried their delicious pancakes, the full breakfast, steak, and the biscuits with honey. The staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. Special kudos to Harun !

Would definitely recommend this place for a delightful brunch.

Great place for amazing pictures of the Falls. It has different areas of observation and good parking. As it is far from a bigger city Ride-Share apps are hard to get, same as public transport. Amazing during the summer and during sunset hours. Good place to come if you have extra time in the Seattle Area.

I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best stay I've ever had; I've stayed in hotels across the country and Ireland. I dream about this hotel.

The grounds are like touring a private, well-maintained garden. Right outside, Snoqualmie Falls provides epic scenery for photos and a sound that puts you at ease.

The staff, from valet to the lobby, made us feel like rock stars ❤️ We were welcomed with a crackling fireplace and the scent of pine *swoon*, and you're handed a (free) small glass of their signature drink(s), which was refreshing.

Everything is clean, views are spectacular, and you will never regret spending a bit more on this 'experience' instead of a boring hotel room.

My husband and I were engaged here, and so we always love coming back for an overnight stay, or just a dinner or brunch. We are always so impressed with the staff here, and they really go above and beyond to make your stay special. They pay attention to the small things (like rose petals on the table for an anniversary and a champagne toast), or a note in your room. We’ve almost always had a great meal, but the one time we had a meal that was a miss, they quickly fixed it and made up for it tenfold.
