“This is the 2nd year in a row I have used Ballons & Cupcakes. They are so prompt. Delivered my husbands bday cupcakes to his work at the exact time they said they would. And most important the cupcakes are amazing!! I get a carrot cake with nuts and cream cheese frosting and a mix of chocolate and vanilla for the rest of his staff. They disappear so fast.
