“I have been a customer with Allen Tire for 15-20 years. They have always been a good provider of auto repair, maintenance and care services. I really appreciate that they stand by their work. On April 6th of 2021, I had my car towed to the Midlothian location the night before, due to a misfire problem which occurred while traveling with my family back to Virginia from South Carolina. They promptly diagnosed the cause of the misfire and fixed it the same day. About a year earlier, I had a tune-up performed by their Forest Hill store. The Midlothian store pulled the records for that tune-up and honored the repair under the warranty. These days, car repair and maintenance can be quite expensive. It is good to know that there are Auto repair and maintenance providers that stand behind their work. All these years, it has been a wonderful comfort to know I can trust Allen Tire with all my cars' maintenance and repair work.”

Steven always goes above and beyond to take care of the customer, and this time was no different. I work over an hour away from them, and when I couldn't make it there right by closing, Steven hung around a bit longer so I could still pick up my vehicle that evening, and to ensure he could answer any questions I may have.
