The staff was friendly. Lia was great getting the first available appointment with Dr. Plyler. I was very apprehensive about having my knee examination because I was in pain and discomfort. Dr. Plyler asked me what happened and asked me to show him where I was hurting. He was so kind and gentle I could finally exhale! I had a MRI and going for my follow up with Dr Plyler next week.

Dr. Plyler is patient and informative. He understands that I have no medical training and know nothing about my injury. Dr Plyler took the time to explain his diagnosis, the severity of the injury and the different options for treatment.

I had a great experience at Professional Orthopedics yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and efficient: my provider’s personal scheduler and assistant (who helped me with my appointment scheduling and paperwork) the receptionist and the radiology technologist. Dr. Plyler was wonderful. He reviewed my MRI images with me and explained all of my options thoroughly allowing me to participate in my plan for care. Overall just a smooth and pleasant experience.
