“I haven't gotten a repair here yet but am scheduled for next week but thought it was already necessary and appropriate to leave a review because this business is awesome. I called yesterday inquiring about labor fees and diagnostics after already calling several other businesses. I spoke to Budd, the owner, and let him know my situation and he was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. I went there today so he and his coworker, Kyle, could assess the problem. Budd is a very kind and genuine guy and spoke highly of Kyle who was inspecting the issue with my vehicle. (It's always great to hear a business owner speak highly and trustingly of his employee(s) ) They found the problem while I was there and it did not take long at all. I am so glad that I found this business and cannot wait for them to get my car running properly again! If you want a more intimate and communicative service experience definitely do business here! “Greg is the real deal, old school honest as the day is long guy you want to have work on your vehicle. I had a noise coming from what sounded like the front wheels. He determined there was no problem with the car, but with the tires. Today, time is money. He wouldn't take a cent. I had to persuade him to take something for his effort. Awsome!”

“I called Ricky to take a look at my sons squeaky belt and he came out within an hour or so to diagnose a pulley that was bad. He came the next day and was promptly on time. Once he completed the repair he suggested I change the belt and two additional pulleys since they were also original parts and needed replaced. He promptly arrived a day or two later once he had the parts and finished the job. Now my sons truck sounds and runs great! I can’t recommend him enough! As a busy professional who travels a good bit, having him come to you is invaluable and saves the hassle of dropping your car at the shop, finding a ride home, etc... Ricky is honest, very fair in his pricing, and prompt. He does what he says he will do and will also suggest future repairs or things to keep an eye on. “What can I say aside from these folks are just downright awesome, customer-friendly mechanics. Despite being severely busy due to a plethora of things, they managed to not only check my car within a couple days from drop off, but identified all the problems and had it fixed that same day. It was such a blessing to get my car back so fast because being 6 (going on 7) months pregnant meant I needed reliable transportation at a moment's notice and I had already been without a car for going on two weeks. “The first time I ever went here was August 2021. I had no idea about inspections for cars, because Florida let's you drive anything at all. (Literally all I ever paid for was the loan/financing, gas, and the insurance. Imagine my surprise with inspection, taxes, etc.) Anyway, I was overly anxious because I really never had it inspected before. I was terrified something would be wrong and I'd need to pour money into my car, when at the time I was only just getting on my feet at my job. I was referred here by a family member of Johnathan. I was so happy with how quick and easy it was to get the inspection done! In 2021 the office was still closed to people being inside (understandably!) Fast forward a year, I forgot about the yearly inspection. Yesterday came, I got to wait on it, and just loved the atmosphere. The way the front desk is run, the way the techs came in to help, just good vibes. Even good vibes from the other customers! Before I left, I asked about the ac inspection, and she was so sweet. She asked what's going on, and told me about the pricing as well as what all they do to troubleshoot and fix it. It's a little bit away from Richmond, but I think I found a home for my boyfriend and I to bring our vehicles. 💕”

I drive a Mini Clubman S, and as a Mini driver I’ve unfortunately grown used to mechanic’s shops charging steep prices to perform even just basic maintenance work on my car. I call it the Mini markup. Bob’s shop was recommended to me by a friend when it came time to replace my front brake pads, and my experience at his shop was a refreshing change of pace.
