It’s a MONEY PIT FOR INSURANCE FRAUD! Yes I said it! I’ve never had so many test ran on me in my life for absolutely no reason! I come in pain, I leave in pain! I come hurting I leave hurting! Listen find you a real doctor who cares about their patients and not pushing numbers! I’ve dealt with this place for 3-4 years and all I have gotten was 800 IBUS! A joke! Over the counter medicine! It’s seriously a joke! This isn’t a doctors office, it’s a place for the reject hires and nurses! I’ve never once SEEN A SKILLED DOCTOR!!”

“This is not an urgent care. It operates like an ER but BETTER! Myself, & my daughter have utilized SignatureCare (3 times) and each visit: Admittance was swift, with excellent care and service provided. This facility offers everything an ER does, their ultrasound service is outsourced (aka: mobile) not on site. My experience was for pneumonia. THANKFULLY, the staff’s diligence found a gallbladder issue, ordered an ultrasound (which arrived in no time) and I was transferred to North Cypress H. (For surgical procedures) As SignatureCare ER isn’t set up for such critical care. I am grateful to all staff for their courteous professionalism.”

“I have to admit, both me and my mother were impressed with the facility. Everything went well and my mother was cared for well. There were however miscommunication with the transportation, although with some tweaking it can be improved. I give this location a 5 out of 5 stars based on our experience, however with that said life truly is what you make of it. Plant bad seeds you get bad crops but the goods seeds will feed the community. Everyone can make a difference, no matter how big or small in the end they all add up. “This medical facility is by far, the best I have been to in my life. Starting with the phone call to make my appointment ( for the same day), I was routed to a different location because the clinic by me wasn't open yet. This didn't matter to the lady that was very pleasant and took the time to make me an appointment at the other location instead of just saying call back in 30 minutes. Once I arrived at the location everyone was very pleasant and took the time to listen to me and give sincere suggestions and advice on my medical issues. AT NO TIME did I ever feel like I was being rushed, they took the time to make sure everything was good and all of my questions were answered. I have been to their facilities 3 times now, urgent care 2 times and now the primary care, and every time has been a good experience. All of this is made even better by the fact they work with you on scheduling and have late hours and weekend appointments at the primary care office. No one does this and as a person that works a lot of hours this makes a huge difference to me. If you are looking for a new primary care provider please check them out, you won't be disappointed.”

“I had posterior neck neck surgery on Monday the 27th. Candy in Pre op was amazing. I had to stay over that night, so I had Candy and Dee until night shift started. I can’t emphasize enough how awesome these ladies are!! My anesthetized mind will not let remember the night shifts names but they were the BEST. Now on to Friday and it’s a repeat, now I’m having anterior cervical fusion. And I get to see all the same sweet angel girls again. They all go above and beyond for their patients. Thank you for your fantastic care and thanks for all the laughs, even when a drain was being pulled out of my neck 😳😳You know who you are, Masters Degree 😂😂”
