Thankful for this new staffff!!! Please please keep these ladies around!! UPDATE: 3/3/2023 OMG! Someone listened! We got new staff! Mrs. Abraham is awesome! She actually CARES & LISTENS & UNDERSTANDS!! Geez!! This is all we’ve asked for someone with compassion about there job! This was the first time in years since Dr. Bassett left that I’ve felt comfortable, relaxed, heard! Wheww! THANK YOU GOD! He does answer prayers! Amen! Definitely going 5 STAR ⭐️ I’m looking forward to improving my health and taking this journey with Mrs. Abraham! Last review from: 2020-2021 RUN RUN RUN!! NURSE SEARRA IS THE WORSE!!! THIS LADY SHOULDN’T BE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AT ALL!!! This is the worst place to get care from! Don’t go! Lazy workers! NO NP stays very long so they will never know their patient! They assume the worst of you without looking up their patients files, but they can’t see the files because nothing in the system is up to date or current! This place needs to be honestly closed down! It’s a MONEY PIT FOR INSURANCE FRAUD! Yes I said it! I’ve never had so many test ran on me in my life for absolutely no reason! I come in pain, I leave in pain! I come hurting I leave hurting! Listen find you a real doctor who cares about their patients and not pushing numbers! I’ve dealt with this place for 3-4 years and all I have gotten was 800 IBUS! A joke! Over the counter medicine! It’s seriously a joke! This isn’t a doctors office, it’s a place for the reject hires and nurses! I’ve never once SEEN A SKILLED DOCTOR!!”

“My son was delivered at this hospital. Very clean and quiet. The nurses are very respectful and helpful. During the delivery my wife a great team of nurses. There’s always that one nurse that likes to be the odd ball but other than that I had a great experience. Parking lot is a maze and the construction on 290 made difficult to get to but I’m sure it’ll get better as soon as the projects are finished.”

“I had to visit Excel Urgent Care twice; first time (for myself) on a holiday, second time (for my toddler) on a Sunday. Both times the staff was professional and I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. The Doctors were courteous and made proper diagnosis. They have nice, clean facilities and they’re ready for either a strep test on a sick toddler or an x-Ray for a broken bone.”
