“I usually have a great experience at this UPS and I go here often for work needs. I would say 99 % of the staff truly care and work hard and y’all are amazing! But although I’ve had great experiences — sometimes when I go, there has been a sour attitude Indian man working. Everyone else in the room has smiles on their faces ready to help and he is quite the opposite. Once I had multiple large packages in my hands and got there at the exact time they were closing and he shook his head and shooed me away. I love this location and the other staff members but as someone who works in the customer service industry — “Yes!” is the best answer when you can easily help someone else.”

Staff educated me on buy 2 get one free shoes from the boxes on the floor. Upon arriving home in Dallas, I realized that I had taken the wrong shoe box which had shoes in it I didn't purchase.
