She likes to get stuff done not sit around and talk. I love it. All her pets are in good health and shape. The tanks are clean. Not many dead in all of her tanks. “The owner and his daughter are both very friendly. They work hard to try to accommodate what books you need. Even if you are not going to San Jac and you are going to the university they are able to special order books for you so you don't have to buy them. Only downside is their website is a little outdated it's hard to find information on books. But always great customer service and reasonable prices”
