“Ive been renting with rent a center on monroe for a few months. And never had a issue till today when i tried to get a new agreement 10$ deal . At first i was going to rate them with no stars.. Because i had an issue with one of the employee's NOT A VERY GOOD (Jacob)sales man put it like that. He completely confused me over charge me for no reason. But after i figured out i was played a fool i spoke to someone eles(Raul) about it. And was able to sort it out. overall im satisfied with the outcome, i was able to get my t.v. and bed delivered in the same day???? and it only cost the 10$deal as promised Raul went beyond to get me what i needed..
