Thank you for taking my call today Sir. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, and appreciate your continued patience while USS adjusts the issues on the account.
I would like to provide you with a summary of what I have completed on the account for Scale Living today:
• Received approval from the Upper Management to decrease the price back down to the quoted amount.
• Conducted a phone conversation with you, to ensure pricing matched what was quoted.
• Sent an internal email to our Order Entry team, to assist in correcting this issue going forward.
• Sent an internal email to our research team to submit approvals for credits on the invoices in which Scale Living paid today. (Thank you for your payment)
• Notated the account in full, and advised any credits approved should be left on the account, until future invoices generate, in which the credits, if approved, can be applied directly to the open balance.
