“My husband and I drove a few extra miles for a good Mexican meal and we found it! It was about 7 pm and there were plenty of patrons but it wasn't packed. "Seat yourself" the sign said and we took the last booth. Quickly we were served with drinks, menus, and chips. The salsa is perfect. Not too hot, not real chunky either. That is a personal preference. I had not looked at menu and knee what I wanted but forgot the name and our server said she knew exactly what I wanted. We did not wait long for our plates. The tacos al carbon were seasoned perfectly. Serving size for both plates, generous. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, is clean, and made for a pleasant and casual date with my husband. Our server was a delight. We will return.”

“Finally stopped in after saying we need to try it for years. We’ll definitely be coming back. The staff is super friendly! The plates are huge! We got stuffed and had leftovers. We ordered the fried cheese balls and devoured them. Ordered the kids chicken strip plate, calf fries meal, rib and one meat plate, and the kids corn dog basket. Husband said those were the best fried calf fries he’s ever had. The brisket was sooo good. French fries were hit with all of us! Ribs and sides were yummy too.”

The pizza crust has just the right amount of chewy, proportional amount of sauce so that the flavor of the toppings and cheese comes through.
