“Went here for a birthday and my first “high tea” experience. The table settings, decor, and environment is so dainty and pleasant! We had tea (lavender to be specific), if course, which I enjoyed. We also had scones, zucchini bread, pastries, cucumber sandwiches, and chicken salad sandwiches (all pictured below). I wasn’t crazy about the food, but I think some of it may just be acquired tastes and I’m not used to any of the dishes. It’s a great place for intimate gatherings with girlfriends, or any of the women in your life. I’m glad I went. It was a change from the typical Dallas restaurants and bars. It was 9 of us total and we each paid $30 even.”

Last week we had salmon; the vegetables and spices served with the salmon were out of this world. “For fast Tex-Mex, Taco Casa is my go-to. They don't have a giant menu, their food is not fancy or authentic, or the cheapest out there. However, their drive through is very fast and their food is always hot, fresh, and the portions are large. Their cheapest taco may be a little more expensive than that at Bell or Bueno, out has at least twice the meat of tacos from those other chains. Their burritos are similar in price to those at other chains, but much bigger and better. I strongly recommend them!”

I don't feel comfortable having to wear my own mask and sanitize as I enter, only to have the person taking my order consistently have their mask down or off throughout my entire visit.
