“I was bringing my wife and new daughter home from the hospital at 5 minutes to closing time for the pharmacy. I called the store in hopes that someone would answer the phone and wait for us so we could have the prescriptions. I made my way through the call tree at 5:59pm on a Sunday night, I knew there was no way anybody would answer the phone with one minute left before closing. I was wrong. An actual live person answered the phone, and agreed to make sure that we got my wife's medications that night. Wow. Such customer service is not expected in this day and age, but the pharmacist came through! Thank you so much for taking the extra time and effort to make sure that we had what we needed for the first night home.”

“I only waited for about 20 minutes to be seen. While I was waiting I went into a coughing fit, and as I tried to tell the nurse through gasps and tears that I was going to buy myself a bottle of water, she generously handed me two. The doctor (Michelle?) was super friendly and personable, and I'm guessing her diagnosis was correct because I was feeling better within the next two days. Finally, two days later, I received a call from Beth checking to make sure that I was feeling better and to see if I had any questions.”
