“My family and I have had several visits to RxGenomix throughout the pandemic for Covid testing, and each time Coley helped us. He was not only completely professional, but he was also very reassuring when it came time to test my then 7 year old son. He explained everything in completely age-appropriate terms. Each test had same-day results and we had complete faith in the accuracy of each test. Fast forward to this past spring and Coley reached out to me to see if I'd be interested in a new product that the lab is offering: Pharmacogenomics PGx (I had to look that up and spell it slowly, and I'm 100% certain I can't pronounce it.) He said that with a quick swab of my cheek, I'd be provided with an in-depth report on hundreds of drugs that I could ever conceivably need. From cancer treatments to anti-anxiety, I would have the knowledge of which of these would work best with my specific genetic makeup. The results came back in a very reasonable amount of time and Coley arranged a call from the chief medical person to go over these VERY detailed results. Dr. Liko was kind, thorough and extremely helpful when interpreting the report. They were even able to discern that I was at a higher risk for blood clots, and provided excellent resources to help mitigate that risk. At my recent doctor's appointment, I mentioned the DNA test to my general practitioner and she was not only thrilled that I was able to get this done, but wants to be able to provide the service to her patients as well. The ability to know which medicine would work best with each of her patients will alleviate weeks of trial and error with many common drugs that she prescribes. TL;DR 10/10 would definitely recommend!”

I called the store in hopes that someone would answer the phone and wait for us so we could have the prescriptions. I made my way through the call tree at 5:59pm on a Sunday night, I knew there was no way anybody would answer the phone with one minute left before closing. I was wrong. An actual live person answered the phone, and agreed to make sure that we got my wife's medications that night. Wow. While I was waiting I went into a coughing fit, and as I tried to tell the nurse through gasps and tears that I was going to buy myself a bottle of water, she generously handed me two. The doctor (Michelle?) was super friendly and personable, and I'm guessing her diagnosis was correct because I was feeling better within the next two days. “My mother was living in an assisted living in another state before she moved to Sterling Estates in March 2021. There is no comparison between that facility and Sterling Estates. Sterling is practically crackling with energy when you enter the front door. Warm and friendly staff are always visible. The Wellness Center and Activities room have become the focal points for my mom. She says she is so busy that the days fly by. By the way, did I mention my mom is almost 94?
