Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care - Franklin

The nurse practitioner that saw us was very helpful and considerate. We were seen fairly quickly. We have been there twice and have been happy with the service.

We needed a physical done for our daughter to enter Kindergarten but they wouldn't do the physical. Even though the nurse at the school said her immunizations were up to date they refused to do just the physical. The nurse made it seem like she didn't want to do it for whatever reason and sent us away.

UPDATE: After doing this review they did reach out to me and correct the mistake and scheduled a same-day appointment to resolve the prior issue. So, I updated my rating from 1 star to 4 stars since they were responsive to the review and corrected the issue. They made sure we had what we needed to get our daughter to start school.

I have been to this particular urgent care 3 times in the last 6 months for various reasons. Each time I was treated with kindness and respect by all involved. Sometimes the wait was a little extensive but you can’t be picky in times like these. My problems were listened to, treated and I was on my way as quickly as possible. Thank you all for your devotion and patience.

We have had two experiences with Ascension St. Thomas Urgent Care this summer and both have been excellent. The option to make an appointment is great and has kept us from waiting a long time to see a doctor or NP. Online check-in is easy, staff is friendly, and follow up care is great too! Glad to have a place on the west side of Franklin for those weekend/after hours needs.

I love this place. The wait was not long. Staff is Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable. Very Clean. Dr. Lucy is Fantastic as is Autumn and the receptionist. Can't say enough about this Facility. Would use them as my primary care if I could. Thank you Dr. Lucy for being so Awesome!
