My daughter had a hard day at cheer practice & the wonderful woman who was working came over with a great smile and a how are y'all doing!? She notice my daughter was upset & she took time to talk to her & even gave out a great hug! Everyone who came in knew the lady & I sure wish I knew her name because she is an AMAZING human! Great attribute to this restaurant! The food was great as well. Very yummy. I hope to go back soon ! The restaurant was clean as well !”

“I had the turkey club with a side of fried okra. It was fantastic. My friend had a burger with a side of sweet potato fries. She The burger looked like it was homemade...none of those perfectly round or square patties. It was thick and layered with goodies. The okra and sweet potato fries were cooked after we ordered so they really were great tasting and lightly crisp on the outside. Yes, the prices are higher than they once were but the quality and quantity of food were so good! There is no longer a lunch value menu.”

“Every time we go in and I tell them I'm allergic to peanuts, they clean the floor surrounding the booth/table we sit at and the other tables off the peanut shells and wipe everything down from the table and chairs to the menus! They go out of their way to make you comfortable. The food is so good as well! I ordered a steak and it came out so juicy and good, the sweet potato with cinnamon butter is a definite favorite as well!”

“I ordered online today 11/20/2020 and was a little irritated by the online system because it would not let me add my free chips and salsa, but I called after placing my order and the girl on the phone was incredibly nice and had no problem adding the chips and salsa to my order. To top it off, it came faster than I even imagined it would and they delivered it right to our hotel door. So nice to have such incredible service when just passing through Oklahoma. “UPDATE- it’s been only 18 hours since I posted my review and I was already contacted by an area manager, talk about customer service! To say I’m impressed with the follow up of my review is an understatement. The area manager was professional, courteous and customer service oriented and I was given a thorough explanation about my experience and am satisfied with the outcome. Way to go, Freddy’s! Thank you for showing genuine concern. I’m so happy I didn’t have to live with the disappointment I felt and decide to have to find a runner up burger elsewhere. I upgraded my stars from 3 to 5 just off of the level of customer service. How does a place known for frozen custard NOT have quarts or pints in stock? Especially since I ordered a cone to go and got that meaning there was custard and the ability to fill a quart or pint with said custard. Is it a supply of the carton issue? The burgers are hit and miss. Sometimes it’s right on and some times it’s too salty. Today my burger was too salty, my waffle cone ALWAYS has a crack in it and there were no pints or quarts of custard to go. HOW? I actually enjoy eating at Freddy’s when everything tastes the way it should but it’s honestly hit and miss at this location. The fries and sauce are the best thing about this location.”
