Ron was extremely patient with us and very helpful navigating all the things we needed and helping my husband get his phone up and running. Mine was a transfer from a work phone. My contacts didn't come over, after 2 hours on the phone with Apple and an hour with my work help desk no one could solve the issue. Dustin calmly fixed it in 5 minutes.
