Eddie (the owner) had a backlog of work so he gave me a date in the future. He called that day prior to showing up. He arrived on time, ready to treat my house if I approved of his estimate. It was very reasonable so I gave him the go-ahead. That save me from having to schedule a follow-up appointment for treatment. I haven't had any problems with carpenter ants or earwigs since. “Nice gut but the place is kind of odd, It's an old barn. The barn part is actually cool, but the outside is pretty trashy. I actually think that is there neighboring barn that makes such a mess. Unbeknownst to me the person who sold me the battery procodeed to help me install the back. Not sure if this a normal thing or night. She was very helpful with the whole thing. Also didn't expect them to keep the old one which was nice, as I didn't have to deal with it. Just an FYI they required a mask when I went.”
