Eddie (the owner) had a backlog of work so he gave me a date in the future. He called that day prior to showing up. He arrived on time, ready to treat my house if I approved of his estimate. It was very reasonable so I gave him the go-ahead. That save me from having to schedule a follow-up appointment for treatment. I haven't had any problems with carpenter ants or earwigs since. Unbeknownst to me the person who sold me the battery procodeed to help me install the back. Not sure if this a normal thing or night. She was very helpful with the whole thing. Also didn't expect them to keep the old one which was nice, as I didn't have to deal with it. Just an FYI they required a mask when I went.”
