“Great Customer Service. Nights of Lights was oversold and there is no way we are waiting in line with a small child in our car for an estimated 3 hours before we can even see the lights. I got through to customer support immediately, they were professional and efficient, there were no issues returning the tickets. *Note to event organizers for Raleigh's Nights of Lights. How can you sell 1,000 tickets per hours, when only 600 cars can make it through the drive per hour? There's something called 'queueing systems', an analytic approach to optimizing services/wait times -> you should probably deploy something like that (smh).”

They provided a clear, detailed and accurate estimate complete with drawings, made sure my personal preferences were included, and recommended excellent vendors for the various items to be selected. The guys doing the work - removal of the old kitchen, new carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile/granite work, etc. - are some of the best I've observed. They are also some of the easiest people to work with, responding very quickly to any questions - even after the work is completed. Great experience, very happy with the results, and I'm receiving lots of compliments when anyone sees the new kitchen.”
