I've seen multiple therapists at Trinity, but I've been working with Matt on my two most recent injuries (a torn calf muscle, and a torn rotator cuff.) Both times, he's helped me get back on the court playing and coaching without needing surgery. There wasn't a cookie cutter plan, everything was custom tailored for my abilities and needs. Matt oversaw every rep of every exercise to make sure my form was correct, and tweaked things when necessary. After each and every session, I received a breakdown of what we'd done, and detailed instructions for my homework. Trinity truly is the best, and I highly recommend them.”

“We hired Brianna as a doula for the birth of our first baby. We met with her prior to the birth to go over the birth process and everything it entailed and felt very informed and prepared. Even though we were unable to labor at home as we had initially planned due to my water breaking, Brianna arrived promptly to the hospital to meet up with us and was extremely helpful in suggesting positions and movements to try and get my contractions going. She was a supportive, calm presence and helped me and my husband feel more at ease every step of the way, even as the birth was not going as we had imagined it may go. The photos and the summary of the birth she sent us are so special, and something I am thankful for. So many moments and decisions recorded for us to remember that we may have forgotten about otherwise. My eyes fill with tears every time I see the photos and read over what we went through that day in order to safely meet our little one.
