“I just want to thank Matt and the entire CFC community for welcoming me with open arms. I was a newbie and they made CrossFit so accessible. Matt, Renee, Austin, and Colton were hands on with feedback and adjustments that helped me navigate movements despite old injuries. I felt strong again after years of being afraid to go hard in the gym! I recently left NC due to personal circumstances and my biggest regret is leaving CFC. “Took my son there to get his haircut and the barber did a phenomenal job. Usually my husband takes him but I’m glad I got to take him. He played with the toys until it was his turn. Everyone that came in new the owner and conversed back and forth like long time friends. “I had to write a review because I had a life changing experience at this office with Diana Nelson. I have had issues with my body image for years. I’ve seen 5+ therapists and nobody has truly helped me like Diana has. I have lost a substantial amount of weight over the years and continued to be very unhappy with myself. She took time with me and I felt like for the first time ever someone actually listened to me and cared what I thought. She made me realize that every mark, scar, stretch mark, etc on your body is a memory. It means you’re living and it shows all of your wonderful memories. It was a wake up call having that conversation with her and I hope she knows she has impacted me and my thinking substantially. I will continue to see her for many years to come. I appreciate that she is nonjudgmental and honest. Excellent physician. I cannot recommend her enough!”

“I had a crown that cracked in half and needed to be seen pretty quickly. I typically see Dr Lee but he was booked out several weeks so I took a chance and made an appointment with Dr Harris. I have extreme dental anxiety and take medication in order to have dental work done. I have only let one other dentist work on me in the 17 years I’ve been a patient of Dr Folden Lee. I will say I am VERY glad I gave Dr Harris a chance. She is very kind and has a great bedside manner so to speak. She made me very comfortable throughout the whole process and has a gentle way of dealing with patients. And the staff seems to like her an awful lot too. I would most definitely see her again. I give Dr Harris a 5 star ⭐️ rating”
