The nurse was terrific because she told me what was going to happen and what I was going to feel before she injected the numbing medicine. That helped me tremendously. “I just want to thank Matt and the entire CFC community for welcoming me with open arms. I was a newbie and they made CrossFit so accessible. Matt, Renee, Austin, and Colton were hands on with feedback and adjustments that helped me navigate movements despite old injuries. I felt strong again after years of being afraid to go hard in the gym! I recently left NC due to personal circumstances and my biggest regret is leaving CFC. “This store is hands down the best dollar store in the county. Everything is neat and organized. Not like other dollar generals I hate to go in. They even have a self check out opening soon. I hate to wait in line FOREVER at the other stores. But that wasn’t the case here even without the self check out working yet. And the staff was great. We’ll definitely go back here again.
