“I had to write a review because I had a life changing experience at this office with Diana Nelson. I have had issues with my body image for years. I’ve seen 5+ therapists and nobody has truly helped me like Diana has. I have lost a substantial amount of weight over the years and continued to be very unhappy with myself. She took time with me and I felt like for the first time ever someone actually listened to me and cared what I thought. She made me realize that every mark, scar, stretch mark, etc on your body is a memory. It means you’re living and it shows all of your wonderful memories. It was a wake up call having that conversation with her and I hope she knows she has impacted me and my thinking substantially. I will continue to see her for many years to come. “I've never had any major health issues, but this year at age 33 I started having stomach issues combined with severe nausea. I request an appointment online, and within a couple days I received a phone call and they got me in the next day!!! The PA, Josh, took his time with me and LISTENED. It was probably the best experience I've ever had in a doctors office, and I don't like doctor's offices and hospitals. They scheduled me for an upper endoscopy for only a few days later! They did some biopsies from my stomach and figured out what's wrong, all while showing that they care. Even the endoscopy was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this office. “This is the absolute best Dental office I have ever encountered, I have had many. The office manager is incredible. She’s very efficient and caring. She welcomes you in and treats you like family. She calls you by name when you enter and inquires of how you are doing. It’s not just me, I have watched others arrive and get the exact same welcome. The other staff members are very efficient and caring as well. Dr Mooring is wonderful too, I know he needs to be, he’s the reason for going. He has very strong interpersonal skills as well as the knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and treating dental ailments, and very trustworthy with any information he provides. I fell in love with the atmosphere and staff there on my very first visit. I will be moving a couple of hours away soon, but what I have encountered and experienced there, it definitely will be worth my drive.”

“I give this place 3 stars because the front desk staff and scheduling team is amazing. They are helpful and kind and went out of their way to assist me with my mammogram. I wish I could say the same for the technician, Estefani P. She on the other hand is rude, cold, and lacks knowledge or understanding. I won’t go back here as long as Estefani is a technician. She should have a desk job in a room where she doesn’t have to talk to or engage with other people, ever. There’s absolutely no good reason to be so unkind. Update: I’m editing my review and changing my original 3 star review to a 4 star review. The supervisor called me right away to try to resolve the issues that I had. She was kind and listened well to my concerns and I appreciated the follow up. This is what sets a company a part from the rest. She made sure that my chart was updated so that I get a different technician than the one I had when I come back. I like a business that follows through and puts the client/costumer/or patient first. As long as I never have to see Estafi for care again, I would return to Cardinal Points Imaging for future mammograms.”
