“A neighbor referred me to Dr. Joan after we moved to the area, and I was anxious about a new doctor, especially finding one to connect with. I had my toddler with me, and our experience was great from the moment we walked in!! Everyone was super sweet and friendly, we felt very comfortable there. “Awesome office! Anytime I’ve had any medical concerns/need to be seen, they normally have a same day appointment where everything can be addressed. Most doctors offices are normally behind anywhere between 10-30 minutes.. but I can honestly say anytime I’ve been here I haven’t had to wait any longer than 5 minutes past my appointment time. Staff is friendly and professional and always very helpful when I call and ask questions.”

“During the many years I have lived here in Clayton, I have been treated by several of the physical therapy facilities in the area. All of them seem to me to be a gym where you did exercises and occasionally some other modality of treatment. Not at Orthos! There, I am placed into a private room with very nice ambience. I am then treated with heat or cold depending on the injury followed by electrical stimulation treatment. Afterwards the area of injury is gently massaged and then treated with ultrasound. This is what I call physical therapy. The staff is exceptionally kind and very skilled. If you want to be treated in an extraordinary way with amazing results, I would highly recommend Ortho Physical Therapy.”
