“Dough-Joe's Doughnuts in Winston-Salem was a surprise hit for me. The place is much bigger inside than I thought and has lots of seating spread throughout with outside sitting as well. Staff was courteous and helpful. Place offers all kinds of ready-made desserts like cookies, but the star by far are the fresh made doughnuts. I got three to try, and they were excellently flavored that as I only wanted to try them all, I ended up eating two while sitting there. The dough is not too dense, and being as warm as they were was just fantastic. Worth the stop for sure!”

Each layer was a different flavor and I was obsessed with the taste. I had my graduation cake made from here, as well as the treats like cupcakes! You will always get quality and quantity at I Knead Sugar. I loved it so much, I even got my baby’s cake made from there and my baby shower cake as well. Everyone loved it! “This place has too many items to name but I'll try! First, they have a huge selection of pan dulce (sweet bread). They have conchas (shell shaped bread), cerditos (pig shaped bread), cream cheese filled pastries, jelly filled rolls with icing, mini cookies (the ones with pecan bits melt in your mouth!) They also have fresh rolls (bolillos) and homemade tortillas. They also have cake slices including tres leches. They have some fresh produce including jalapeños and cilantro. They even have grocery items such as Abuelita Mexican chocolate, Jarritos drinks, Valentina hot sauce and more! There are churros and donuts available at the checkout counter. You can also purchase piñatas and order custom cakes. The service is excellent and everyone is very friendly. All are welcome here!”

“I read the great reviews and saw the Google photos that captured the large variety. I decided to give this bakery a try. The young lady who was working there this morning was very nice and welcoming. She answered all my questions, and patiently waited for me to make my selections. I ended up with 4 cupcakes, a cheesecake, and a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie. The cookie is real good. It's thick and soft enough. Plenty if chocolate chips in each bite. I only sampled a little and will eat the rest tomorrow. The cheesecake was interesting. It fell apart easily, and the icing broke off into large pieces. It was not soft like the icing on the cupcake. It was good, but I probably wouldn't get it again. I just ate the banana guava cupcake and pumpkin cannoli and the cupcakes seem to break apart too easily.. maybe it has too much filling and it's on the drier side,, nit too dry but a little drier than most gourmet cupcakes I had. The center was filled with mashed banana, and it was good. I have 2 more to go... toasted coconut and creme brulee... just ate them both last night and this morning. They are my favorite of all. I think letting the cupcakes sit for a day (refrigerated overnight) might have kept the cake together, and they didn't fall apart, unlike the first two I ate after purchase.”

“My whole family love this place and get donuts once if not twice a week here. They’re always nice and patient with me trying to pick out the donuts I want. I’ve read some of the bad reviews here and I have to say something. $16 dollars for a dozen donuts at a small business is not bad considering how hard inflation has hit the small guys out there. If price is the reason to give them a 1 star review, you’re forgetting almost every single business you walk in to to give a 1 star review because inflation has hit everything.”

“I used the Bay Area Urgent Care yesterday afternoon - Dr TJ McNichol is Fabulous. On site Covid testing. He also performs Covid testing for travel/cruise. He’s extremely thorough, explains what he’s thinking/doing and Does it onsite. He gave me peace of mind. I had confidence in what his approach would be after a complete explanation. He has X-ray capability on site. As well as draws blood for tests he feels are needed. It was so nice to not have to go around town to get the required tests For my visit today. He gets you in and out quickly with answers. You get a phone call the next day with your bloodwork results. I was so impressed with how everything was dealt with from the time I walked into his office. I was in and Out within an hour! Palm Harbor is very fortunate to have a Doctor of his Caliber here.”
