“Harvest 18 in Durham, NC uses local fresh ingredients from farmers around the area! The menu is focused on fresh ingredients available and is chef-driven by Jason and David. Their southern dishes are so good! The pork shank is roasted for 12 hours and falls off the bone. Loved their shrimp and grits which has locally caught shrimp. Their wood-fire grilled meatloaf has a house made red pepper jelly and is one of their most popular dishes! We spoke with Chef David about the dishes and there’s some exciting things coming in the future!”
