“I had a great experience last night with Harry at (13 Front St Store) far better than any Verizon branches that I have been in the past. Harry was wonderful, very knowledgeable of the products, professional, helpful and was never tired of answering my questions. I came to the store only to upgrade my phones but since I was so satisfied with the overall service Harry convinced me to purchase some accessories, with that said Harry surpassed my expectations, outstanding and he is a very good asset for the Verizon company.
