There is a coach who calls to check in and answer any questions you may have. Also they have the most comprehensive scale ever! It told my weight, BMI, PBF, how much each limb weighed and how much water was in my body. It’s amazing! Very precise and helps a lot during weekly weigh ins to stay motivated. I especially like that they help you maintain the weight you are happy at when you get there!
