First of all when i called to make an appointment for my son Alex they told me that i took him out of the office,which i never did ..I never gave verbal or written concent to change the pcp. Then they put me on hold for 20 minutes, said that they would talk to the dr but hung up on me ,I.called back and they told me they would talk to the Dr and 2 minutes later they said i could get an appointment for next year but the only problem is he had been released from the hospital the day before and had terrible cough and he isn't eating well . He has a history of throat infections .Im very doubtfull that they even spoke to her .So,So sad 😪😫”

“I saw Dr. Okun for a colonoscopy at an age where I was several years late already for my very first colonoscopy. My original procedure had to be canceled and then COVID happened so I was super nervous about what might be found after all of these delays. I met with Dr. Okun the week before my colonoscopy and he really put me at ease. While he could not make any guarantees, he looked at me, and at my bloodwork, and helped allay my fears. Turns out he was right. The procedure was a cinch ( we are put to sleep for the whole thing!). The prep drink the night before and morning of is no fun, but tolerable, especially if REFRIGERATED first. I recommend Dr. Okun as a very kindly and competent gastroenterologist and colonoscopy practitioner with no reservations. I will always feel grateful for having him in my corner. I hope he is still available in five years when my next colonoscopy is due.”
