Dolce Derma - Facials Skincare and Lashes

Excellent experience. I had a great consult then an excellent HydraFacial by Monique. My dry spots are no longer dried out. I have very sensitive skin and I can’t recall when I had a facial before. They will be my go to place for my facials. Looking forward to my next appointment with an Oxygen facial.

I had my hydrafacial with Dulce 2 weeks ago once I was done my skin was glowing I loved it! Dulce is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Everyone there is always so welcoming. I enjoyed my experience I will be booking another session in the near future.

I wish I could award 10 stars- 5 stars for service, 5 for honesty. My first visit there was today was with Stacey, and after I left, I believed I inadvertently overpaid because two twenties got stuck together. I spoke w manager, Nyesha, who agreed to check the cash drawer. Ten minutes later, they verified I had overpaid and refunded the $20! HONEST FOLKS!!! The facial was wonderful, and Stacey didn't even try to convince me to get additional services. Her reasoning was, since I was a newbie to their business, I should start w basics. My face feels lovely; I will definitely go back. I won't go anywhere else. Stacey did a great job, asked questions, answered mine, explained everything she was doing. If you are looking for quality service at a reasonable price, this is the place. Quality service, knowledgeable folks, honest business. Easy street parking.

I’ve been going to Dolce Derma for around 5 months. The place itself is small but very nice & well kept. Spaces are adequately spaced out for clients as well. I’ve gotten several lash lifts with Angelica & I can’t say enough good things about her. She knows what she’s talking about, is quick, efficient & sanitary. I always left loving my lashes! I was also present once when a customer complained about their services & Angelica & the staff handled it so well. They made sure the customer did not leave without a solution. I did not have the issue personally but I felt that if it had been me it was handled correctly.

I also recently just had hybrid lashes placed for the first time by Dulce, the owner. She was very sweet, took her time, made sure I was happy & assured me I could come back if anything at all bothered me or noticed imperfections. I told her the occasion I was getting them for and she made sure I left with what I wanted.

I have nothing but good things to say about this business in general. I’ve only used their lash services but I recommend them for their professionalism, courtesy & excellent service.

After reading reviews online about Dolce Derma, I decided to give it a try and was blown away. I now come every month for a facial because I love this place! They are super friendly, very clean and know what their doing. I love Dulce, she is so wonderful. She has her clients best interest at heart and it shows. I have also had Stacey do my facials as well and she is just as wonderful. I look forward to my facial every month because this place is the best. You need to come here!!
